Oct. 5, 2020 - In this week’s episode, the girls are chatting about their Halloween plans given the COVID environment. They share some guidelines that the CDC has published advising us of what is considered low, moderate and high risk activities.  They give their responses to some of those and share what they will be doing Halloween night.  They also discuss CANDY and all the GERMS. This creates a lively debate on how to manage the germs and our kids expectations. What will you be doing Halloween night?

They then chat about costume/mask ideas and Lauren shares some of her most successful couple costumes. From Braveheart to a Shark Attack, she gives lots of fun ideas for you to do with your other half!  

They then launch into haunted house talk - Lauren’s a fan and Sarah absolutely hates them. They share some of their funniest memories when it comes to Haunted Houses and whether or not they’ll be going back. Sarah also shares the fun “You’ve Been Boo’d” tradition that her neighborhood. They wrap up the show with their hits and misses of the week. Sarah sharing how her children have been independently getting ready for school in the morning and Lauren having no food in the fridge!

Practical Reminders for a Healthier Household

Jan. 18th, 2021 –  In this episode, the ladies have a casual chat that spurred off of a well-visit Sarah’s daughter had that morning.  But first, the episode starts off with a silly conversation of how old is too old to still get those boogers out of your kids noses?! They have a good laugh and admit whether or not they would tell a friend if they have something in their nose. Would you?! They touch on Bachelor Matt really quick and share their initial feelings before diving into a conversation about modeling healthier habits for our kids. Sarah shares some insights that their pediatrician gave about snack options, serving sizes and much more.  It’s an open discussion with practical reminders of how we can set better nutritional examples for our children and teach them about food. They share what the pediatrician recommended on treats, liquids and the ladies share that they are embarking on a new fitness adventure – pilates! They close up with their hits and misses of the week, Lauren sharing that her second grade twins still write her little love notes at school and Sarah applauding her husband who’s officially taken over the house laundry – a major win!  And unknowingly they both have misses with their dogs this week – can you say Dog Moms?! How We’re Coping With the Quarantine Life

Apr. 6, 2020 - In this episode the girls are back this week after a short one week break due to Coronavirus. After weighing out options to abide with Coronavirus mandates, they found a way to make it happen. The girls share what they’ve both been experiencing during their own quarantine time and the roller coaster of emotions they've gone through between the kids, husband and home life. Lauren’s been dealing with retail therapy which she really wants to stop! And Sarah has been slammed with work while juggling the kids and her husband now working at home! Both can’t get over the weirdness that's going on across the country and speak super candidly about it - but yet they recognize that literal history is being made before their eyes. This is a laid back, casual conversation that they hope you can relate to.
